Mr. Milliner has a 30-year history of managing construction and real estate development projects in the Washington, DC region and is a partner with Building Partnerships, LLC.. He serves as President of Construction Management Group, LLC. During the course of his career, Mr. Milliner has constructed and/or developed a wide variety of residential, light commercial and light industrial projects. A notable client of the past is Carr America, for whom Mr. Milliner provided both acquisition and disposition services in connection with Class A office assets. He has served as the President of two building associations, authored two building related text books and offered numerous construction related seminars nationwide. In 1981 Mr. Milliner built one of the first “earth-sheltered, passive solar” homes in the United States, funded in part by a grant from the Department of Energy.

Mr. Milliner holds Associate Degrees in Architectural Technology and Engineering Technology as well as an MBA from Mt. Saint Mary’s College. He has served on the Board of a distinguished affordable housing provider in Northern VA and has been instrumental with homeless housing initiatives in Fairfax and Arlington Counties.
