Building Partnerships developed this 62 unit mixed-income condominium project in the underserved market of Congress Heights, Washington DC working with tenant association.

 

The Project won Top 4 residential rehab award (Washington Business Journal) and is a major contributor in renewal of the neighborhood.   Solar panels added to roof in 2021.
