Project involved demolishing eight of 11 buildings consisting of 161 units and renovating or constructing three condominium buildings and five townhouse buildings on two adjacent blocks, in the Marshall Heights neighborhood within Southeast Washington, DC.

 

The project included a total of 40 condominium flat units, 60 stacked townhouses, as well as parking for 132 cars.  The project is100% “affordable” with prices affordable to buyers earning between 50% and 80% of the Area Median Income.  Building  Partnerships and The Jair Lynch Companies acted as development consultants for the nonprofit owner.
